FishingWorld-class Tarpon & Snook fishing is found on the Barra del Colorado on the North Caribbean Coast. We’ll customize a great fishing vacation for you.imageimageDivingThe best diving takes place on the South Pacific Coast around Caño Island. But the North Pacific also offers good diving. While not primarily a dive destination, Costa Rica offers big fish, big schools of fish, and lots of them. Big pelagics and sharks abound in Costa Rica’s Pacific waters. Cloud Forests, Tropical Rainforests, Transitional Zone Forests, and Dry Tropical Forests are all found in Costa Rica. Most hikes are not strenuous; but use a guide, because they know what to look for!Horseback RidingimageHorseback Riding:Horseback riding is available in several different regions of Costa Rica. Riding on the coastal areas can be uncomfortably hot, but might give you the opportunity to ride along the beach. There are many stables available to choose from, however, we know which tours have the best trails, horses and equipment. Some hotels have stables on their grounds. There is also an evening horse show near San Jose with beautiful Andalusians.SnorkelingimageSnorkeling:is available on the North, Central and South Pacific Coasts. Not all beaches on the Pacific Coast are recommended for swimming and snorkeling. Playa Blanca at Hotel Punta Leona offers the best snorkeling on the central Pacific. Playa Conchal on the North Pacific has some good snorkeling. Caño Island on the South Pacific has better snorkeling, but the currents can be difficult.Mountain BikingimageMountain Biking:is available throughout Costa Rica.
