A nice, moderate hotel. Each room at El Sapo Dorado is in a small cabin,
surrounded by beautiful gardens. Rooms are spacious and cozy, but not
luxurious. Some rooms have forest views from a hillside, and the restaurant
is fantastic!
The
cabins are spread apart from one another. Most rooms are quite
spacious with 2 queen beds and a patio. Air conditioning is not
needed. These original rooms helped define Monteverde's "rustico."
